These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by AZTech Contracting LLC ("AZTech," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

AZTech provides roofing, restoration, gutter, and related exterior services in Arizona. All work is performed under Arizona ROC License #315886. We are bonded and insured. Specific project scope, materials, pricing, warranty, and payment terms are set out in a written estimate or contract signed for each job.

2. Estimates & Quotes

Estimates are free and provided in good faith based on information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may change if hidden damage, code requirements, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during work. Any material change will be communicated in writing before we proceed.

3. Insurance Claims

When we assist with an insurance claim, we work with your carrier to document damage and scope. The contract for the work is between you and AZTech; you remain responsible for your policy's deductible and for any items your insurer declines to cover.

4. Payment

Payment is due per the schedule stated in your signed contract or estimate. Late balances may accrue interest and reasonable collection costs as permitted by Arizona law. All materials remain the property of AZTech until paid in full.

5. Warranty

AZTech provides workmanship and material warranties as specified in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties are passed through to the owner where applicable. Warranties do not cover damage from Acts of God, structural failure, alterations by others, neglect, or normal wear.

6. Access & Site Conditions

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property, disclose known hazards, and keep the work area clear of vehicles, pets, and fragile items while work is in progress. Vibration from roofing work can dislodge unsecured items inside the home; please secure them in advance.

7. Website Use

Content on this site — logos, text, images, and design — is the property of AZTech or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission. The site is provided "as is" and we make no warranties about its availability or accuracy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability for any project is limited to the contract price paid by the customer for that project.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel a signed contract within the period required by Arizona law (typically three business days for door-to-door sales). After that period, deposits and material orders may be non-refundable to the extent stated in your contract.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any contract for services are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Graham County, Arizona.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page with the most recent "last updated" date controls.
